Michael S. Koval formed Koval Construction
in 1980 after working for five years in the construction industry.
Since 1980, in addition to building spec homes in Anne Arundel, Calvert,
Queen Anne's and Caroline Counties, Mike has built and remodeled homes
for family members in Anne Arundel and Caroline Counties, along with his
own home in Queen Anne's. All of Mike's spec homes include Andersen®
windows and sliders, outdoor spaces in the form of front porches, rear
decks and/or screened porches, gas fireplaces and more. He is a true
craftsman, who knows how to do the job, and do it right.
